"I think the program is excellent and I find it both useful and accurate. I have been running to train for a marathon and the program has been put to regular use for measuring my training distances."

"This is the first product such as this i've used.
Needless to say I will not be looking any further.
V. Good and easy to use and well worth a tenner."
"I've downloaded this and first impressions are good.
For some reason, I couldn't get on with Trailgauge or Accuroute...
But so far, so good. Worth a tenner IMHO."

Mapper is a tool for drawing, measuring and recording routes on a map. It has been designed with runners, joggers and walkers in mind, but is also useful for cyclists, motorists and other people where measuring distances is of interest.
Mapper does not use its own maps, instead you import a map from a source such as the internet or a scan of a printed map. This means there is no restriction on the routes you can map and measure.
You also don't have to stick to roads, as with some route planning software, so you can measure your cross-country runs as easily as road runs.
The accuracy of Mapper depends on the map imported, the distance involved, and the precision with which you draw the route, but we have achieved 99.4% accuracy over an eight mile route.
